The main event of this first ever European Athletics Off-Road Running Championships. The longest race of the whole program will offer its participants a spectacular diversity of contrasts in the courses. The athletes of the championships will have to overcome very technical areas on the summits, and then pass through some very fast tracks in lower areas. Along the course they will find trails that run through the typical Canary pine forest, to then move drastically to volcanic landscapes, thus completely changing the scenery for the athletes. A race that has the privilege of passing through the Caldera de Taburiente National Park and the Cumbre Vieja Natural Park, so the athletes will step just a few meters away from the area affected by the newest volcano in Europe.

A 47,390 meters circular race that starts and ends in El Paso. With a cumulative elevation gain of 5,124 meters, runners will have seven refreshment points along the route.
